The art of Steven Cobb

Steven Cobb is an emerging new talent who specialising in a range of styles and techniques onto canvas.

Steven is a contemporary artist who began airbrushing during his early years of college, His influences range from historical icons to rock, celebrity and cultural figures.

He has had a keen interest in the aesthetics and lifestyles of pop culture from a young age.

Steven discovered his natural artistic talents whilst studying art and design at College where He continued to develop his skills thought-out higher education, were he focused on his interest in the earlier years of pop culture. Not surprisingly, Andy Warhol is a huge source of inspiration to him.

Steven is passionate about creating images that inspire people. He tries to capture the moods and emotions of each of his works through various single colour pallets and image positioning, whilst keeping it contemporary and stylish.

Early in his career as an artist, Steven produced airbrushed clothing for a variety of very high profile clients in the music industry, including Taio Cruz, Tim Westwood, Dj Ironic and Chipmunk.

He decided to progress and develop his art onto a greater creative level by transferring from clothing to canvas, it was here that he found his real artistic power and originality.
